Presented is a very nice plaque, probably made for an Annapolis U.S .Naval Academy graduate of the class of 1942. It appears to have had a name plaque of the original recipient, which has been removed. This is a pleasing piece of Naval Academy memorabilia, and would serve as a very thoughtful gift.
