Presented is an elegant desktop or library brass telescope. This telescope is beautifully crafted from high-quality brass and is the perfect addition to any nautical or coastal-themed room. With its gleaming brass finish, it’s not just functional but also a stunning decorative piece. This fine instrument will bring a touch of maritime charm to your home or office.  This classic English design dates to the end of the 19th century.  It does not have a maker’s inscription on it.

 The Telescope extends to about 4 1/2 Ft.  Optics appear clear and focus out a considerable distance.

The case has been refinished with new brass hardware added and interior felt padding replaced. There is an inscription in pencil at the

case’s interior top, but we could not decipher it.

The cost of shipping, packing, handling, and insurance to your destination, will be calculated point to point and is an additional charge. You may email us to get these costs. We price our shipping honestly, but we expect to be reimbursed for the nominal cost of packaging materials and handling.
