U.S. ARMY MESSAGE CENTER CLOCK
Dating from 1955-1949 Post WW II Period
Presented is a fine vintage U.S. Army Message Center 12/24 hour bulkhead clock, produced by Chelsea Clock Company in the mid to late fifties. This fine clock has been mounted in a walnut wood carrying case. This is an 11-jewel, 8-day movement, although we find that it runs for almost two weeks on a single wind. For best timekeeping, it is best to wind these clocks once a week. The movement Serial No.624258 dates to from 1955 to 1959.
